Free MCP

London property data for AI agents

A free Streamable HTTP server for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Grok, and anything else that speaks the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It answers with Greater London sale trends, Bank of England mortgage rates, repayment maths, how fresh the tables are, and, from recent_sales only, individual Land Registry sales for one postcode or street. The other tools stay aggregate.

Tools

area_trends. Monthly medians, volumes, flat and house prices.
area_snapshot. The latest complete month for a borough or district.
area_momentum. Change over 6 or 12 months, comparing twelve months of sales at each end, and which boroughs moved.
mortgage_rates. Bank Rate and the 2-year, 5-year and 10-year fixed rates.
mortgage_affordability. Monthly payment and an illustrated income.
price_per_sqft. Median £/sqft for a borough or postcode district over up to 12 months, using floor area from Energy Performance Certificates. Aggregates only.
recent_sales. Individual sales for a full postcode, or a district and an optional street. Includes the previous sale and Energy Performance Certificate floor area when the address matches.
data_freshness. The newest month actually in the database.
list_areas. The 33 borough names and codes.

Limits

Anonymous calls, with no key, are limited to 30 a UTC day so you can see the shape of the data. A verified email raises that to 2,000 a day. The key is free. It works in clients that can send a request header, such as Cursor, Claude Code, and the JSON API. ChatGPT connectors cannot send one yet, so ChatGPT stays on the anonymous limit. Marketing email is a separate, unticked choice.

ChatGPT connectors cannot send a key header yet, so ChatGPT uses the anonymous limit.
